IPAI is seeking proposals for breakout session speakers and a keynote speaker at our 66th Annual State Conference at the Marriott Hotel in Normal, Illinois. Breakouts will be held Monday, April 8, and Tuesday, April 9, 2024. All presentations will be in-person. There is no virtual component to the conference.
Presentations should be relevant, engaging, thought-provoking, challenging, and seek to motivate attendees. Property assessment and appraisal professionals as well as subject matter experts in areas like land use, zoning, planning, leadership, management, and personal development are encouraged to submit proposals. There is no cost to present, but all breakout session speakers receive a 50% discount off conference registration (if they choose to attend the whole conference).

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
All vendors and industry partners are valued allies in assessment standards and best practices and are welcome to submit to the Call for Speakers. Please note, these cannot be product demonstrations or sales pitches for your products, and your presentation must include an assessment official from a township, county, or state office to partner with you in the presentation.

Great! There is a designated “Vendor Demonstrations” track at the conference available to all Silver & Gold Level sponsors. The demonstration can be made by members of your sales team or account executives. Spaces are limited. Contact us to learn more about sponsorship and product demonstrations.
All submissions will be reviewed by the State Conference Committee. They will consider submission requests in the overall needs of the conference. Some selection criteria include:
