When 1 + 1 = 11: The Math of Caring for Yourself and Others

In a world that is constantly asking us to be everything to everyone, empathy can start to feel like just another item on the to-do list. This session flips that script. We’ll explore empathy not as self-sacrifice, but as a practice rooted in self-connection, boundaries, and honoring your own needs. Using mt own relationship equations, Mel Robbins’ “Let Them” philosophy, and insights from Brene Brown, you’ll learn how to support others without abandoning yourself, and how to define your own way of caring that doesn’t require fitting anyone’s mold. Expect honesty, reflection, laughter, and a few moments that might just change how you move through the world.
