Erich Blair, CIAO, began his career in property tax assessment administration in 2002 as a Deputy Assessor for Bourbonnais Township, located in Kankakee County Illinois. After working in the Township office for over 10 years, Erich took a position working in the Kankakee County Supervisor of Assessments Office in 2013.
In 2015, Erich was appointed to become the Kankakee County Supervisor of Assessments. Since being appointed to the position, he has served as the CAOA Area III representative on the Legislative & Policy Committee, as well as participating on several Property Tax Advisory Committees, including one such committee that led to statewide formulated assessments for ground-mounted commercial solar energy systems.
His hobbies include spending time with his wife and family.
