Erin Kljaich is the Assessor of Plainfield Township in Will County, a role she has held since 2010. She has worked in the office since 1998 and served as a Multi-Township Assessor in Kendall County prior to running for election in Plainfield. Erin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Lewis University. In 2011 she earned the CIAO-Master Designation from the IPAI.
Erin has served in the IPAI as a Course Developer, Contributor, and is a member of the Education Committee. She helped revamp the framework for educating Assessment Professionals in Illinois through the Core Competency project. Additionally, Erin volunteers as the Social Media Coordinator for her township and serves on the Plainfield Township Scholarship Committee.
Her expertise focuses on efficiency, customer service, and implementing practical solutions to achieve fair and equitable assessments. She strongly believes in education and collaboration between government entities.
