Jerry has three decades of professional experience in the assessment field. He currently serves as Commercial Deputy Assessor for York Township (DuPage County). In that role, he is responsible for the valuation of more than 3,000 parcels of varying non-residential types.
Since 2000, Jerry has also been an instructor for the Illinois Property Assessment Institute, teaching both residential and commercial courses.
Jerry holds the CIAO-Master (CIAO-M) designation, the highest designation available from the IPAI.
