Emily is our Credentialing and Training Coordinator. She has experience in a variety of fields, including claims examination and labor organization. In her role, she works with CIAO candidates and designation holders to track qualifications and continuing education, and ensures designations and credits are reported.
Emily earned her master's degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 2019.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and fiber crafts such as crocheting, knitting, and making her own clothing.
