Josh serves as Executive Director of the IPAI. In that role, he leads the organization’s day-to-day operations, as well as strategic partnerships, long-range planning, and communication strategy. He has more than a decade of experience in non-profit management, communication and marketing, training, and board development. Before joining the IPAI, Josh was on staff with Advocate Charitable Foundation, the philanthropy arm of Advocate Health Care.
Outside of work, Josh is an active member of the community. He is a past member of the McLean County Board and a past commissioner for City of Bloomington Planning Commission. Josh serves, or previously served, on various boards and committees for Illinois Prairie Community Foundation, Connect Transit, McLean County Chamber of Commerce, McLean County Museum of History, Illinois Symphony Orchestra, and numerous others. He is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, IL Chapter of the American Planning Association, and a past “20 Under 40” honoree.
Josh and his wife Jenny reside in Bloomington with their son Joseph.
