Dear Students,

Recognizing the unprecedented events surrounding the escalating COVID-19 virus and understanding the most important thing is the health and well-being of our students, the Spring Conference has been postponed. Here is what you need to know:

• We will reschedule the Spring Conference for later in 2020. An announcement with the dates will be sent to you in the next couple of weeks.
• Course registrations will be automatically be transferred to the new Spring Conference dates. If the dates do not fit your schedule, you may contact the IPAI Registrar to change or cancel your registration.
• All hotel rooms at the Marriott in the IPAI group block will be automatically cancelled. You will receive a cancellation notice in your e-mail. If you do not receive a cancellation notice by this time tomorrow (March 17), contact the Bloomington-Normal Marriott at 309-862-9000.

In addition to the Spring Conference, the following courses will be rescheduled to dates after June 1:

• Normal Qualifying Series (all four courses)
• McLean County Workshop
• LaSalle County Workshop
• Lake County Workshop

As with the Spring Conference, registrations will be transferred once new dates are set. At this time, all other conferences and workshops, including the Chicago Qualifying Series (beginning Wednesday, May 27) will move forward as planned.

This is an unsettling time for all of us. Schools are canceled, restaurants are closed, businesses are asking employees to work from home, and the list goes on. Never before in our lifetimes have we experienced an event like this. The IPAI appreciates your patience and partnership as we navigate these unchartered waters together.
