Refreshed Spring Conference

January 20, 2021

For decades, our Spring Conference (March Workshop) featured multiple days of breakout sessions, discussion panels, featured speakers, and more time for networking. In 2021, we are returning to our roots! This is what it will look like:

Sunday Plenary Session: Commercial Valuation in the Time of COVID (3 CE hours)

This discussion panel will feature county and township assessors from around the state discussing the impact of COVID-19 on commercial valuation, what Illinois Compiled Statutes say, and how they are approaching valuation in their jurisdictions. Learn More

Monday/Tuesday Breakouts (12 CE hours)

The first two days of the conference will feature 16 breakout sessions each day. To register in the Student Portal, search for "2021 Spring Conference Monday-Tuesday Breakout Sessions" (You will register for MO/TU in one chunk - choosing your sessions will come later in February). These breakout sessions are led by subject matter experts from around the state. The format we are following is the same structure enjoyed by decades of past March Workshop attendees. New breakout sessions are being added each day. Learn More

FUN FACT: The cost of attending the Sunday Plenary Session and the Monday/Tuesday Breakouts is the same as attending a traditional IPAI 15-hour course!

Wednesday/Thursday Traditional Courses (15 CE hours)

We are offering seven traditional 15-hour courses on Wednesday and Thursday with in-person testing on Friday morning. Learn More
