Elizabeth Randerson is joining the IPAI staff as our new Program Assistant. In that role, she will become the primary point of contact for students in need of assistance with their Student Portal accounts and questions about course registrations and grades. She will also provide support for conference preparations and our virtual courses.

“Elizabeth joining our staff is a natural progression in the life of our organization,” said IPAI Executive Director Josh Barnett. He continued, “It has been our goal to bring someone on board who could give more dedicated attention to the needs of our students while allowing our other staff members to dedicate more time to course development, conference planning, and general administrative duties. Elizabeth will be a great addition to the IPAI team.”

The rest of the IPAI team includes Barnett, Learning Program Manager Amanda Padgitt, and Conference Coordinator Alexa Timmermann.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Aurora University where she earned her masters degree in social work. Previously Elizabeth worked in social services, customer service, and other office related positions. Her first day at the IPAI is Monday, May 3.
