Congratulations to McLean County Chief County Assessment Officer Bob Kahman on being named the 2021 County Official of the Year by the Illinois Association of County Officials! Bob holds his CIAO-M from the IPAI and is a former instructor. He will retire in February after decades of public service in property assessment. Congratulations, Bob! A well-deserved award.
