IAAO President-elect and Hillsborough County (FL) Chief Deputy Property Appraiser Pat Alesandrini will be in attendance at the 64^th Annual IPAI State Conference. Pat has the CAE, RES, MAI, and SRA designations, is a Florida state certified general real estate appraiser, and has been active in appraisal consulting, teaching, and writing appraisal/assessment materials for over 45 years.

Pat is originally from Illinois and has a long relationship with the Illinois Property Assessment Institute. In addition to holding a CIAO, Pat is a past IPAI instructor and education leader for IPAI.

He will be the featured speaker at the Illinois Chapter of IAAO luncheon on Tuesday of State Conference and will take part in several breakout sessions during the conference. Pat’s career has taken him around the world, and we were excited to have him with us.
