What to expect -

This course will provide students with the background and basic skills necessary to graphically document single family residential property.

Drawings and photographs allow us to better visualize a property as a whole. Whether you are working with a  property owner to explain an assessment or with a hearing officer to identify details and characteristics of a property under appeal, drawings and photos can aid communication. They are one of the most important tools we have as we seek to understand a property and help others do the same.
