Schedule Breakdown

The IPAI offers a variety of courses for property assessment and GIS professionals. Our trainings are conducted through one state conference, four regional conferences, numerous standalone workshops, virtual courses, and home study courses. We also offer three qualifying series of courses for those seeking to become a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer (CIAO).

 

2024 Schedule Notes:

  • The complete 2024 schedule will be published on the IPAI website by the first week of December.
  • 2024 registration opens in the Student Portal on Thursday, December 14, 10 am.
