66th Annual State Conference

Wednesday and Thursday feature traditional full day, 15-hour CE courses. Last day to register or drop a course without penalty is Friday, March 29, 2024.

• Office Management

• Land Valuation

• Homestead Exemptions

• Neighborhood Analysis

• Real Estate Law

• Valuation of Low-End Residential Properties (Wednesday)

• Valuation of High-End & Difficult Residential Properties (Thursday, in-person exam only))

Items of note:

• All courses are available as seminar or exam.
• Exams are Friday morning (April 12) unless attendees request to take their exam online.
