    • When calling to make a reservation, you must state the event start date, 4/7/24, and "IL Property Assessment" as the group name to reserve under our room block. 
  • The Marriott is currently sold out, but attendees should still call the hotel and check because cancellations do occur.

ADDITIONAL HOUSING:

There are numerous Airbnb locations within a few minutes of the Marriott. The IPAI does not have a housing contract with any of these entities. However, conference attendees are welcome to browse Airbnb for accommodations that best fit their needs.

 

 

PARKING/GETTING AROUND TOWN:

  • Free parking is available in the Marriott Parking Deck for all hotel and conference guests. Stop by the conference check-in table to pick up a parking pass
  • Both Uber and Lyft are available in Bloomington/Normal
  • Connect Transit serves the entire community

 

How to Get Here:

Uptown Normal is home to the second busiest Amtrak station in Illinois (Union Station in Chicago is first). 10 Amtrak trains arrive and depart Uptown Normal each day. They run from Chicago to St. Louis and every place in between.

With Bloomington/Normal being located at the intersections of Interstates 55, 74, and 39, and US Route 51, driving to the State Conference is very easy.
