IAAO VP Alesandrini Addresses the CIAO Association

March 29, 2021

IAAO Vice President Patrick Alesandrini addressed the CIAO Association Annual Luncheon and Meeting at the IPAI’s 63rd Annual Spring Conference. In addition to serving as Vice President of the IAAO, Pat is the Chief Deputy for The Hillsborough County, Florida Property Appraiser. He has the CAE, RES, CFE, MAI, and SRA designations, is a State -certified general real estate appraiser RZ3713, and has been active in appraisal consulting, teaching, and writing appraisal/assessment materials for over 45 years.

Pat is originally from Illinois and has a long relationship with the Illinois Property Assessment Institute. In addition to holding a CIAO, Pat is a past IPAI instructor and education leader for our organization.

During the luncheon, Pat shared the story of his personal journey in property assessment. He spoke about his past experiences that helped lead him to where he is today and encouraged those in attendance to get involved beyond the day-to-day life in the office. Pat shared that at an IPAI luncheon many years ago he heard the IAAO president speak and was inspired to dig deeper into property assessment, personal development, and advancing his career.

Pat’s career has taken him around the world, and we were excited to have him with us for the CIAO Association luncheon and our conference breakout sessions.
