Property Valuation, one of the four core courses needed to obtain a CIAO designation has been scheduled for August 17 – 19 in Madison County. The course will be held in the County Board Room at the Madison County Administration Building. The will allow students in the Metro-East area easier access to a key course for obtaining a CIAO for the first time.
