Board of Directors

Hope has served the people of Crawford County since 1995. She was appointed Chief County Assessment Officer in 2011. She is past chair of the County Assessment Officers (CAOA) Area IV which covers large sections of southeastern and southwestern Illinois. She is also the immediate past president of the CAOA Board of Directors. Hope has served on various assessment-related committees including IPAI’s Competency Model task forces.

Hope obtained her CIAO-Master advanced designation from IPAI in 2020. She is a life-long Crawford County resident and is married with two daughters.
