Brent is currently a CAMA Implementation Consultant for Tyler Technologies, working with clients across the country. His duties include mapping the data from the clients current software to Tyler’s along with setting up the tables for valuation and administration data. Prior to this position he had a similar position with Thomson Reuters. While with Thomson Reuters he did supervise two reappraisal projects. Other positions he has held include Chief County Assessment Officer for Tazewell County, IL, Staff Appraiser with Wells Fargo and Field Appraiser for Peoria County, IL assessment office. He has been involved with multiple reappraisal projects, creating and presenting appraisal/assessment classes and supervising an assessment office.
He holds a bachelor of science (BS) from Bradley University, in Peoria, Illinois.
Brent has been a certified instructor for the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) since 2006 and has taught IAAO classes throughout the country. He brings over 35 years of appraisal, assessment and software knowledge to the classroom.
