Will County
Dale was recently appointed Will County Supervisor of Assessments in the fall of 2022. Prior to joining Will County he spent over 25 years working at the township level at Homer and Joliet Townships. Dale holds the Certified Illinois Assessing Officer Master designation from the IPAI and was awarded the Certificate of Educational Recognition from the IAAO in 2018.
Dale is currently an instructor and course developer for the Illinois Property Assessment Institute. He has presented at numerous conferences for both the assessment and appraisal industry. He was elected to serve as the inaugural President of the Illinois Chapter of the International Association of Assessing Officers. Dale continues to serve on numerous committees and boards of the International Association of Assessing Officers, Illinois Chapter of the IAAO, and the Illinois Property Assessment Institute.
