Chief County Assessment Officer
McLean County.
Tim is the Chief County Assessment Officer for McLean County. Prior to his current position, he served as the Senior Commercial Appraiser for the City of Bloomington Township. Previously, Tim performed commercial valuations as Director of Commercial Operations in the Porter County (Indiana) Assessor’s Office and worked for the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance on policy issues related to property taxation.
He holds a bachelor of arts (BA) degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and a master of business administration (MBA) degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Indianapolis.
He has been teaching for IPAI since 2016 and brings years of commercial, residential, and industry best practices to the classroom. From facilitating our introductory to most complex courses, Tim has a wealth of knowledge and gladly shares it with his students.
