Amanda is our Learning Program Manager. Her experience covers the whole process of training development: course analysis, training design, and evaluation. She works closely with the IPAI Education Committee, instructors, and other assessment professionals to create curriculum that is relevant to the work assessors do each day and equips them with the knowledge and experience they need to be successful.
Amanda earned her master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University in 2017.
