Amanda Padgitt

Learning Program Manager

Amanda is our Learning Program Manager. Her experience covers the whole process of training development: course analysis, training design, and evaluation. She works closely with the IPAI Education Committee, instructors, learning department interns, and course developers to create curriculum that is relevant to the work assessors do each day and equips them with the knowledge and experience they need to be successful. Amanda previously served as our Learning & Development Specialist before being promoted to her current role.

Amanda earned her master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University in 2017. Before joining the IPAI, she was an instructional designer at the International Society of Arboriculture in Champaign, which is a membership and credentialing organization for arborists across the world.

Outside of work, volunteers for PATH Crisis Center as a call specialist for the crisis hotline.
