An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE). Minimum bandwidth is 600kbps (upload/download) and recommended is 1.5 Mbps (upload/download).
A microphone – built-in to your computer or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth.
A USB headset with microphone and earphones is highly recommended
A webcam - one which is built-in to your computer or one that connects to your computer via USB.
Browser - current version of Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari on a computer running Windows 7, 8, or 10 or Mac OS 10.11+ (El Capitan).
ITEMS OF NOTE:
If accessing the course using a mobile device, it must be a large-screen device such as an iPhone 6+ or iPad. Standard size smartphones are not able to be used.
Smartphones and tablets may not be used for online exams. Online exams must be taken on a computer (laptop or desktop) that follows the above requirements.
