The IPAI Board of Directors have approved a proposal from the Education Committee to add additional courses to the list of electives available to CIAO Candidates pursuing the CIAO designation. Effective immediately, IPAI courses “Homestead Exemptions” and “Valuation of Farm Buildings” have been added to the list of approved electives. These courses will continue to be available for continuing education (CE) hours for current CIAO designees.

IPAI is working to complete a new virtual course entitled “Residential Data Collection.” When finished, this course will also be available as a CIAO Candidate elective and to current CIAO designees as a continuing education course. It is anticipated to be ready for registration in the third quarter of 2023.
