Job Duties and Expectations:
- Measure residential and commercial new construction-physical capability to navigate around a house under construction
- Smart technology knowledge-tablet usage required in field
- Digitize all drawings into computer system-computer savvy
- Measure and document all home improvements
- Take photos of homes not previously photographed
- Ongoing inspections of uninhabitable properties
- Work with Assessor’s staff on neighborhood projects & update property characteristics
- Accuracy is crucial-need to be thorough, not afraid to ask questions
- Team player
